Barnes and Noble reader on Monday issued a tablet to rival the other tablet reader Amazon Kindle Fire. Tablet Barnes & Noble Nook sells for $ 249 and is present in stores by the end of next week, it looks very much like the Nook Color.

Tablet that will run on Wi-Fi networks with seven-inch screen, the quality of HD movies, features "Nook Newstand." Application of Netflix and Hulu is also embedded into the device.

The Chief Executive of the Barnes & Noble Nook William Lynch claimed that the colour sells for $ 199 is the second-best sales on the back of the iPad.

Nook has 16 GB of storage, double the Kindle Fire and users can also add a capacity up to 32 GB with SD card. Lynch was reluctant to compare it to Kindle Fire. "The value of its own, but we're more rich content and Nook better than the Kindle Fire," he said.
